His approach is practical and numbers-driven, shaped as much by ownership experience as brokerage experience.
A U.S. Navy veteran who spent time in Japan and throughout Asia during the Gulf War era, Clay also speaks Mandarin and Japanese, giving him a unique ability to work with international investors and cross-border clients.
