Clay Mason is a commercial real estate broker, investor, and operator specializing in multifamily and investment properties across New Jersey and South Florida. Before real estate, he spent more than 20 years in medical device sales, working directly with physicians and hospital systems in a high-pressure, performance-driven industry where decisions were tied to risk, timing, and real-world results.
Today, Clay brings that same analytical mindset to real estate. He owns and manages multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use properties himself, giving him firsthand experience with acquisitions, leasing, renovations, tenant issues, financing, operating expenses, and long-term asset management. His approach is practical and numbers-driven, shaped as much by ownership experience as brokerage experience.
A U.S. Navy veteran who spent time in Japan and throughout Asia during the Gulf War era, Clay also speaks Mandarin and Japanese, giving him a unique ability to work with international investors and cross-border clients.
Clients work with Clay because he understands real estate beyond the transaction itself — focusing not just on buying and selling property, but on how properties actually perform over time.
